Refund policy

Clean Beauty Market will immediately replace or refund any broken, damaged or faulty items. We will require that you email us a photo of any defective merchandise. We must be notified of any damage or errors with regards to your delivery within 7 days of you having received your order.

Change of mind

Items MUST be returned in saleable condition: unopened with all packaging/hygiene seals in tact. If for any reason you change your mind with your purchase, we will gladly offer a store credit on all products returned to us within 30 days of your receipt, provided they are returned in their original packaging, in an unopened and unused condition.

Please be aware that due to Australian hygiene regulations we cannot offer a refund, replacement or exchange on items returned in non-saleable condition – that is opened, not in original packaging, used or with the seal broken.

All costs to return products will be at the cost of the returner.

Returning complete orders (online)

On the occasions where a return is offered by CBM for complete orders. The all applicable freight charges will be deducted from the total as we have incurred this expense. If no freight was charged on your order we will deduct the standard freight charge from the total return amount to cover the freight incurred by us to send your order to you. If we have been charged to have the items returned to us these costs will also be deducted. 

In the unlikely event of a reaction, Clean Beauty Market cannot be held responsible for any reactions or irritation. We encourage you to read the full ingredient list before you purchase the product to ensure the product is right for you. Some brands allow returns for reactions so please complete this form so we can see what can be done by the brand.
