The Eco Tan Story

Founded on the Gold Coast by Sonya Driver, Eco Tan grew from a personal search for a truly natural self-tan after her sister's melanoma diagnosis. Frustrated by misleading "natural" claims in the tanning industry, Sonya taught herself to formulate clean, organic products from her own kitchen. Today the brand is a global name that still holds to those founding values, directing profits toward causes including homelessness in Australia and support for domestic violence survivors.

How to Use Eco Tan Self-Tanner

For an even, streak-free tan, exfoliate 24 to 48 hours before applying, then smooth the product onto clean, dry skin using long, circular motions. Wash your hands afterwards and allow the tan to develop - most Eco Tan formulas take around 6 to 8 hours, so applying in the evening and leaving it overnight gives the best result. A developed tan typically lasts 7 to 10 days; moisturise daily and avoid harsh soaps to make it last longer.
