By car
Parking on James Street and the surrounding side streets. It fills up on weekends and right through summer, so allow a few extra minutes.
On foot
A two-minute walk up from Burleigh Beach and the Esplanade — easy to fold into a morning at the headland.
By bus
Gold Coast buses run along the Gold Coast Highway, a short walk from the James Street strip.
From up and down the coast
A straightforward run along the highway from Palm Beach, Currumbin, Miami, Mermaid Beach, Broadbeach and Robina.

Where exactly is the Burleigh Heads store?
We're at Shop 1, 53 James Street, Burleigh Heads QLD 4220 — in the James Street shopping strip, a short walk up from the Gold Coast Highway and about two minutes from the beach.
What are your opening hours?
We're open seven days. Monday to Wednesday 9:30am–4pm, Thursday to Saturday 9:30am–4:30pm, and Sunday 10:30am–3pm. Queensland doesn't observe daylight saving, so we're an hour behind NSW over summer. Hours can change on public holidays — call (07) 5430 0847 if you're making a special trip.
Do you do facials and treatments at Burleigh?
Yes — Burleigh is our treatment store. The menu covers our Signature Clean Facial, hydromicrodermabrasion, LED light therapy, EXCEED skin needling, oxygen infusion facials, brow and lash tinting, and relaxation massage. Every treatment is performed by a qualified therapist using clean, cruelty-free formulas. See the full menu.
How do I book a treatment?
Book through the services page or call the store on (07) 5430 0847. A $50 deposit secures your booking and is deducted from the cost of the treatment. If you're not sure which treatment suits your skin, ring us first — we'd rather point you to the right one.
Is there parking on James Street?
There's street parking on James Street and the surrounding side streets. It gets busy on weekends and through the summer holidays, so allow a few extra minutes if you're booked in for a treatment.
Do I need an appointment just to shop?
No — walk in any time we're open and browse at your own pace. Appointments are only needed for treatments. If you'd like a longer one-on-one session to work through a full routine, it's worth calling ahead so we can set aside the time.
Can I get a foundation shade match in store?
Yes, and we'd encourage it. Clean foundations behave differently to conventional ones, so we'll swatch on your skin in natural light and let you wear it for a while before you decide. Browse foundation online to see what we stock.
What makes a product clean enough for you to stock?
Every product is screened before it reaches the shelf. We exclude parabens, phthalates, formaldehyde releasers, chemical sunscreen filters, synthetic musks, BHA and BHT, hydroquinone, toluene and more. You can read the full list on our ingredient standards page.
