Natural Body Scrubs & Exfoliants at Clean Beauty Market
Regular exfoliation is one of the simplest ways to keep skin looking healthy - it sweeps away dead skin cells to reveal a smoother, brighter surface, and helps the moisturisers and oils you layer on afterwards absorb far more effectively. Our body exfoliant collection brings together clean, natural scrubs and polishes that tone and refine without the harsh, drying ingredients found in many mainstream products, leaving skin softer, brighter and more resilient.
Physical vs Chemical Exfoliation
There are two main ways to exfoliate the body. Physical scrubs use fine particles - salt, sugar or ground minerals - to manually buff away dead skin, giving instant smoothness. Chemical exfoliants use gentle acids (AHAs) or fruit enzymes to dissolve the bonds holding dead cells to the skin, which can be a better fit for sensitive or bumpy skin. This collection includes both, so you can choose the approach that suits your skin best.

Salt & Sugar Scrubs
Classic granular scrubs like the OSEA Salts of the Earth Body Scrub and Eco Tan Pink Himalayan Salt Scrub buff and soften while their oils nourish, leaving skin polished and glowing.
AHA & Enzyme Polishes
For gentle chemical exfoliation, gel-to-milk and fruit-enzyme options such as the OSEA Undaria Cleansing Body Polish and Innersense Inner Glow Body Scrub refine texture and smooth bumpy skin with less friction.
Exfoliating Tools
Reusable exfoliating gloves and mitts are an easy, low-cost way to buff skin in the shower and prep for self-tan.
How to Exfoliate Your Body
For most skin types, exfoliating one to three times a week is plenty. Apply your scrub or polish to damp skin in the shower, working in gentle circular motions, then rinse and follow immediately with a moisturiser or body oil while skin is still slightly damp to lock in hydration. Avoid exfoliating broken or sunburnt skin, and if you tan, exfoliate a day before applying for the most even result.
Complete Your Body Care Routine
Exfoliation works best as part of a full routine. Follow your scrub with a nourishing body oil or body cream to seal in moisture, and if you're prepping for a glow, smooth skin makes all the difference before a self-tan.
