Innersense Organic Beauty is the result of a love story - founded by seasoned beauty professionals Greg and Joanne Starkman, born from their passion for hair, beauty, and life. Their goal was to create something beyond their careers—Joanne’s as a stylist and Greg’s in product development.

The brand’s story is rooted in family. After their daughter, Morgan, was diagnosed with Williams Syndrome, they sought to raise her in a mindful and loving environment. Guided by the advice to “trust your inner sense,” this journey became a catalyst for embracing mindfulness and purpose through beauty.

Innersense is dedicated to purity, peace of mind, and self-care. Their mission is to empower and inspire customers to make healthier, toxin-free choices that align with personal values. The birth of their son, Max, encouraged them further to embrace a simpler, more conscious lifestyle.

Recognising the growing demand for cleaner beauty, the Starkmans immersed themselves in green chemistry to address the rising health concerns within the hair industry.
